Founded by Joe Monterola Jr. in 2015, J.O.E. Construction Supplies Trading started as a machine shop, built on Joe?s extensive experience in welding, fabrication, and repair. After contributing to the success of a previous venture, Joe expanded into construction in 2017, recognizing new opportunities in rockfall netting and flood control systems. He trained and developed skilled workers, particularly in rockfall netting installation and drilling operations.

In 2021, the business evolved into J.O.E. Construction Supplies Trading, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship. The company is now recognized as a trusted subcontractor for government rockfall protection projects. It also designs, manufactures, and supplies rockfall drilling machines.

J.O.E. Construction Supplies Trading is committed to quality and reliability, working closely with experienced contractors to ensure successful project delivery. In December 2022, the company was awarded a Certificate of Registration for a utility model on high-tensile wire (Registration No. 2/2022/050640), underscoring its innovation in the field.
